TECHNICIAN travelled to Paris Longchamp today to contest the Listed Prix Ridgeway over 10 furlongs.

He led virtually throughout, was challenged and looked beaten at the 2 furlong polke, but pulled out extra to win over the Godolphin colt by a neck.

This was a fantastic effort from the colt whom  I bought a 50% share of for Team Valor after his impressive Leicester win.

Oisin Murphy gave him a fantastic ride and said afterwards that the horse has a lot more to give, will appreciate a step up in trip, relished the soft ground.

What a fighter this colt is. It was a really pleasing effort and there looks to be a lot more to come from him
