CAPLA TENPTRESS went into the Juvenile Fillies turf GR 1 at Del Mar, jumping out of her sking. SHe loked fantastic and as it turned out, she was possibly a little too well in herself. After breaking well, she seemed to be pulling b hard and Joel Rosario had trouble settling her. As a result she seemed to get into trouble just going into the first turn and this meant that she was shuffled back in the pack and ended up too far off the pace. 
As usual she came with a great late run turning for hiome, but it was too late and she ended up finishing 7th only beaten 4 lengths and change. 

Not what we had hoped for, but it was still a good run from this filly who should mature into a top class filly next year. Alreadya Gr 1 winner, she has little to prove, but will give Team Valor a lot of fun in 2018
