LAst week, in the first few days of the Del Mar 2017 summer meeting, the game filly SNOW CLOUD won a nice allowance race. It was great to see her back in the winners enclosure. SHe love the seaside track and this race again showed that she is most effective when running at 5 furlongs around a turn. Great ride from a young apprentice whose name temporarily escapes me. I sent many congratulations to owner Deron Pearson and Trainer Jim Cassidy

In other news have just concluded a deal for a really nice two year old filly based in Newmarket. full details to follow once we have the blood results and all the plans have been finalised. She will probably have one more race in the UK and then ship to Canada and on to the Breeders Cup. AT least that is the plan.
